Why Senslogic

Why choose Senslogic? A very reasonable question indeed. There is no shortage of established companies offering customized services that can handle solutions which include software, hardware and optics. Senslogic is but one and much less known.

Low Overhead – And a Head Start

One key reason to choose Senslogic is our low overhead. At a large company, you’ll often need to coordinate between multiple specialists—software, mechanics, optics, and more. This takes time, and that time adds to your costs. Some solutions simply require this level of collaboration. If that’s what you need, you might stop reading here.

While such collaboration can be essential for some projects, many others don’t require this extensive coordination. That brings us to the second reason: our software platform, WaveMe. With flexible and capable software like WaveMe, we won’t be starting from scratch.

WaveMe’s pre-built modules, like the Shack-Hartmann and phase-shifting interferometry, and a general purpose image pipeline, allow us to quickly adapt the platform to your project. If your project requires vision and visualization, we will hit the ground running—saving both time and money.

Since 2021, we’ve extensively developed WaveMe so you can quickly leverage its capabilities at a cost-effective rate.

The Process

So, how do we go about it?

  1. Initial Contact: Reach out via email or use our contact page. If you look down to the right, there’s even a chat.
  2. Assessment: If Senslogic can’t handle it, we’ll direct you to someone who can. If we can, we’ll meet —online — free of charge to dig into the details.
  3. NDA: Need an NDA? We’ll sign one.
  4. Proposal Preparation: I’ll dive into the details and get back to you with a structured proposal, schedule and cost, within a week (calendar time).

What to Expect:

  1. Software Platform: We will be using WaveMe—It’s such a head start
  2. Mechanics: If needed, we partner with Facturee for high-quality, competitively priced mechanical components, typically with a two-week lead time..
  3. Cost Estimate: The cost of mechanics on the quotation is an estimate, as I won’t be able to prepare technical drawings and CAD files within the assessment time to obtain a quote from Facturee.
  4. Sofware: Software delivered in binary form is considered part of the WaveMe license. Software delivered in source form will be included in the cost estimate and is your property.

This applies to projects with well-defined scopes. For pure R&D projects with many unknowns, Senslogic can support you as a consultant at an hourly rate. However, in these cases, we cannot provide a fixed quotation.

With Senslogic, you get personalized service, cutting-edge technology, and a flexible platform that saves you time and money. Reach out today to see how we can help you meet your goals
